Data Retention Policy

TraqFreq is committed to protecting user privacy and data security.

In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly within the app by navigating to Settings > About > Delete Account.

Web-Based Request: If you have uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion online, you can submit an account deletion request via our dedicated web resource at https://www.traqfreq.com/contact. Please specify the email address associated with your account in the message body.

Upon receiving a valid request, all account information (including your login email) and local app identifiers stored on our authentication servers will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
